Rene’ Thomas, 2017 Queen
Rene’ Thomas age 63 is a native Detroiter. Ms. Thomas has always been active in the community and interested in how she can impact the lives of others. She is strongly dedicated to helping others transform into being the best version of them. She attended Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan and was awarded two certified licenses; one as a real estate agent and the other in cosmetology.
Ms. Thomas launched her first business “Just Bands and Fragments” in the early 80’s where she sold one-of-a-kind jewelry and headbands in the Scott Gregory Stores throughout Michigan. In 1984 she opened “Cambrey Noelle Designs, LLC”, a custom knit apparel shop.
She believes in taking exquisite care of herself by working out at least three times weekly, including meditation, keeping a gratitude journal and eating foods that nourish her body and supports mental health. Rene strongly believes if you are truly committed to doing the work it will transform not only your life but the lives of those around you as well.
